The Mark of one man

Chef Michael White

Michael White is the award-winning chef whose previous restaurants, like the famed coastal Italian destination Marea, have garnered three-stars from The New York Times, a Michelin star, a nod from Esquire as one of the Best New Restaurants in America, GQ for Best New Restaurant, and multiple nominations from the James Beard Foundation. 

Most recently, he also opened Lido Restaurant at The Four Seasons at The Surfside Club in Miami. For The Lambs Club relaunch this year, Chef White partnered with Grand Tour Hospitality, whose notable team is behind some of New York City’s most popular destinations like American Bar and Saint Theo’s, and The Lambs Club founding partner David Rabin (Sona, Temple Bar, and American Bar).

Chef Michael White was also one of the participating celebrity chefs featured in the 2023 Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival.
